Bright, dependable, and people-focused, Ellie Mathews is the engine behind many of Wayfinder’s day-to-day operations. As our Sales & Administration Assistant, Ellie plays a key role in supporting our Buyer’s Agents and ensuring seamless client experiences, from first contact to signed contracts.

Reporting directly to our Sales Director, Ellie supports the coordination of sales operations and administrative workflows with precision and consistency. With a background in customer service and retail, she brings a proactive mindset, sharp time management skills, and a warm, can-do attitude to everything she does.

Whether she’s managing CRM records, scheduling appointments, or assisting with client communications, Ellie’s approach is grounded in efficiency and trust. She’s also hands-on with reporting, compliance tracking, lead generation support, and documentation, ensuring our internal systems run like clockwork.
