With a distinguished career spanning banking, mortgage, government, and client services, Antonella Alberti brings a wealth of experience, precision, and people-first leadership to her role as Sales Director at Wayfinder Agency.
Antonella is the first point of support for our Buyer’s Agents, overseeing onboarding, governance, and performance with care and consistency. Her responsibilities include managing lead generation strategy, overseeing client contracts and invoicing, and orchestrating platform access and internal systems—ensuring the sales team has everything they need to succeed. She also leads second-stage recruitment interviews and works closely with the operations and marketing teams to continuously enhance the Buyer’s Agent experience.
Previously a Bank Manager and Mortgage Broker Office Manager, Antonella has a deep understanding of finance, client relationships, and structured systems. She is known for her calm authority, sharp attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to growth, both for our agents and our agency.
